How To Wear
- Peel off backing and adhere to clean skin
- Wear at least 12 hours a day for maximum benefit
- Wash in warm soapy water after use
- If sheets lose stickiness, wash with mild soap and cool water
- To customize fit: Before removing plastic backing, place sheet against breast, trace and trim to desired shape
- Reusable up to 15 times
- Store in a cool, dry place
